Saturn Incense Ritual

General:
Saturn is the guardian of the inner knowledge lying unaware within oneself. Thus there should be many reasons to seek insight and reach higher levels in personal growth. The following ritual should improve this process.
The celebration goes in all the 8 directions (similar to the big bang theory) in which consciousness develops:

LEFT, RIGHT,
AHEAD, BACK
ABOVE, BELOW
INSIDE, OUTSIDE

Preparation:
- find directions (compass)
- light the charcoal in your incense burner
- put the incense on the coal

The selection of ingredients is up to you as said before. If you want to have a “real Saturnian” mixture, select from the following (incomplete) list of ingredients which are associated with Saturn:
Myrrh, Zibeth, Storax, Asant, any dull and heavy fragrances

Performance:

Perform the ritual with opened eyes as follows:

East:
Swing the censer 3x towards east and say:
“In the name of Saturn”

West:
Swing the censer 3x towards west and say:
“In the name of Saturn”

North:
Swing the censer 3x towards north and say:
“In the name of Saturn”

South:
Swing the censer 3x towards south and say:
“In the name of Saturn”

Above:
Swing the censer 3x above your head and say:
“In the name of Saturn”

Below:
Swing the censer 3x down to your feet and say:
“In the name of Saturn”

Outside:
Turn around 3x counterclockwise and say:
“In the name of Saturn”

Inside:
Complete the cycle with closed eyes by inhaling slowly and deeply 3x.
Do not say the formula aloud this last time, think only (“In the name of Saturn”)

Put the censer aside and raise your arms forming a cross, facing east. Speak the words slowly and concentrated:

“Saturn before me -
Saturn behind me -
Saturn on my left hand -
Saturn on my right hand -
Saturn above me -
Saturn below me -
Me amidst Saturn -
Saturn inside me”

Close the ritual with a few minutes of meditation, sitting or standing.
